Cris came to Haven Homes the same way most of the team did — not through a career plan, but through a calling. Her connection to recovery is deeply personal, rooted in relationships with people she loves who have walked the difficult road of addiction.

What began as a vision to fill a gap in recovery housing in Washington County became something far greater. Today, Cris leads Haven Homes with a blend of fierce compassion, practical wisdom, and an unshakeable belief in the dignity and potential of every person who walks through their doors.

Her leadership is defined not by titles but by presence — she shows up, she listens, and she believes in people before they believe in themselves.

Dani's credentials aren't just on paper — they're lived. After 20 years navigating active addiction, homelessness on the streets of Portland, and ultimately a hard-won sobriety, she now walks alongside residents with the kind of understanding that only experience can give.
